Wizard Drum Tool has an experienced staff of service technicians who build and ensure quality in the Wizard units, tools and accessories. Our service technicians are available daily during our business hours, 8am to 4pm CST, to provide support and quick answers to you questions.

Return Authorization (RA) Services
Customers can have their units refurbished after being given a Return Authorization (RA) for our service technicians to inspect. We will quote a rebuilt unit once the worn parts are identified, and by going through this process, you will extend the unwearable parts warranty for another year. Upon completion, the unit will look brand new!

On-site Training
Another great opportunity with our service program is the on-site training. Available upon request, your training consists of:

• Replacing commonly worn parts over time

• Adjusting the unit to achieve a perfect cut

• Tips for maintaining your unit so that it lasts forever
